These Terms govern your use of the Atlanta Christmas Lighting Co website and the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage of holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties in the greater Atlanta, GA area. Service availability depends on schedule, season, and a property walkthrough.
Quotes
Quotes generated through the website or our build flow are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed only after an in-person property walkthrough. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Reservations & Deposits
No payment is collected on the website. Reserving an install date is contingent upon a deposit, which we arrange with you directly after the property walkthrough. Deposit amounts and refund terms are documented in your project agreement.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled install per the terms of your project agreement. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or fabricated may incur a fee equal to those costs. We will communicate any such fee in advance whenever possible.
Workmanship & Repairs
We use commercial-grade LEDs that we own, install, and maintain. Our seasonal service contract includes free repairs of installed lights for the duration of the season. We aim to respond to repair requests promptly; specific response targets are documented in your project agreement.
Property access
You authorize Atlanta Christmas Lighting Co and its crews to access the property at the agreed install location for installation, maintenance, and takedown. You are responsible for disclosing any access limitations, hazards, or relevant property conditions.
Liability
We are licensed and insured. Our total liability under any project agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, photos, illustrations, and designs — is owned by Atlanta Christmas Lighting Co LLCor our licensors and is protected by copyright. Don't reproduce or redistribute without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
